How long does delivery take?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from payment confirmation for listing packages. Larger floorplan and community projects are scheduled based on scope.
What do you need from me to begin?

We require high-resolution, well-lit photos of the vacant property and selection of a curated design collection. A submission link is provided once you’re ready to proceed.
What if my photos aren’t ideal?

For best results, photos should be straight-on and evenly lit. If a reshoot is recommended, we’ll let you know before production begins.
How realistic does the staging look?

Our approach prioritizes architectural accuracy, correct scale, and natural lighting to ensure staged images photograph cleanly and feel believable — never over-styled or artificial. Also see images on our site for real examples.
Each project includes one minor refinement round for lighting adjustments or small décor revisions. Alternate design directions or layout changes are quoted separately.
Can I request changes?

Do we own the images?

Final high-resolution images are licensed for marketing use once payment is received. Files are delivered ready for MLS and promotional use.
What if we need faster turnaround?

Priority 24-hour delivery may be available depending on current production capacity.
Retainer packages reserve production capacity monthly and do not roll over. This ensures consistent scheduling availability for active builders.
